We use a powerful client portal to communicate from here on out. You will be able to make changes to services, send messages, and give any updates we need to know about the property. Not to worry, we will help you set this up too.
Doody Houndz is a subscription based home service. We bill on the 1st of every month for the weeks ahead. Within the client portal, you will be able to set up your automatic payments with a bank account or a credit/debit card. If you ever need to make changes, you can do it all from your client portal. All transaction records will be stored there for easy retrieval, should you ever need them. Please keep in mind, that if your payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the schedule until payment is made.
Finally! We've made it to the good stuff! You can now enjoy your yard, the way it was meant to be... poop free! Told you it would be simple. Once your account is active with us, we will take it from there. We will come out at the frequency you select, and rid your yard of the stinky stuff.
Rest assured, that everyone hired on with Doody Houndz has been through the gauntlet. We do background checks, and pull driving records to all team members. If we wouldn't send them to our homes, we sure won't send them to yours.
Doody Houndz is not a franchise. We are locally owned and operated, and we are your neighbors. This means you will be treated like family, and not a number. From here on out, we are family!
No one likes to be tied down. We are a month to month subscription based service. Should you ever be unhappy with your service, or your situation change, you can cancel at any time.
The health and safety of your family is our TOP priority. We use a kennel grade disinfectant on our shoes, and all equipment after leaving each yard. This helps us to ensure that no germs, or viruses are transmitted from yard to yard.
We will notify you when we are on our way, and when the job has been completed for the day. Within our client portal, you will also be able to make any notes you want your Poop Scoop Professional to know about your property, and we will take it from there!
Again, the safety of your pets, and family is our TOP priority. This is why we send out photos of all gates used for entry at your property, securely closed upon completion the the job. This is to ensure that nothing comes into your yard that shouldn't be there, and of course nothing gets out!

We do not provide appointment or arrival times. We optimize our routes the day before each working day, in an effort to keep prices low and affordable for all. If you have an event planned and need a scoop just before, give us a call! And we will work something out.

Our poop scoop professionals are trained to walk in a special pattern throughout your yard in order to minimize missed piles of waste.
The security and safety of your yard is our top priority. Our technicians will take and upload a photo to the client portal, ensuring the gate was closed and secure behind them, and to let you know your scoop has been completed. EVERYTHING will be disinfected with kennel grade disinfectant before departure from each home to enure there is no cross contamination from yard to yard.
